Any investment relationship you enter into may also be governed by separate privacy notices and offering documents provided by the applicable issuer or sponsor.

We may disclose limited information reasonably necessary to determine whether an affiliate is entitled to a referral commission.
We do not provide affiliates with your investment amount, detailed financial information, investor-verification documents, tax information, or other sensitive financial information merely to confirm a referral.

Where applicable law provides you with a right to opt out of such activity, TCN will honor qualifying requests as required by law.
TCN does not use or disclose investor qualification documents, taxpayer identification numbers, or detailed financial verification information for targeted advertising.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the message.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may continue sending non-marketing messages reasonably necessary to administer your account, transaction, membership, event registration, or other relationship with TCN.
If TCN sends marketing text messages, we will request any consent required by applicable law and provide applicable opt-out instructions.

Consent to participate in a recorded webinar, program, call, or event does not automatically authorize unlimited promotional use of your identity.
Where TCN intends to use your identifiable image, voice, testimonial, financial result, investment experience, or personal story for advertising or promotional purposes, additional authorization may be requested where appropriate.
Any withdrawal or limitation of a previously granted recording or promotional authorization will be governed by the applicable release or consent agreement and applicable law.
12 Children's Privacy
TCN's Services are intended for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through Services intended for TCN members or investors.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 in connection with an adult-only Service, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where appropriate.
13 Third-Party Websites and Platforms
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms, including Skool, payment processors, scheduling tools, webinar providers, investment sponsors, and other service providers.
Third parties may have their own privacy practices and policies.
TCN is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties that are not processing personal information on TCN's behalf.

TCN is a United States company and primarily processes information in the United States.
